Fabulous and Healthy Living -Begins Thursday, Jan. 12th, 6 pm - 7 pm
You will learn weighs to feed your appetite for living a fabulous and healthy life! Program is taught by a Certified Life Coach and Nutrition Counselor. Sit To Be Fit Class - is a series of chair exercises offered on Tuesday mornings from 10:30 - 11:30 am. By practicing the activities at home between classes, participants will be well on their way to a regular healthy more active lifestyle by the end of the 4 weeks. Yoga Sprouts - Yoga for Kids
Six-week program beginning Saturday, January 21st
Yoga program for children to improve their flexibility and increase their physical activity that is so important for kids.
