Welcome to Our Whole Community's Website!
Welcome to Our Whole Community! Our mission is to bring communities together to establish relationships and share resources resulting in innovative programs that inspire, motivate, and educate individuals in their persuit of optimal health.
February is American Heart Month and it's a great time of year to re-evaluate your lifestyle so you can live a heart-healthy existence. Heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death for both men and women in the United States. It kills an estimated 630,000 Americans each year. That means approximately every 25 seconds someone will have a coronary event, and about one every minute will die from one.
Now is the time to recommit to a more healthy and wholesome lifestyle through mind, body, and spirit activities. Our faith-based communities offer many programs to help you meet your goals. We have highlighted some of our upcoming classes and programs below.
Please view our Calendar for all of our ongoing regular programs and activities we offer. |
